Congratulations Peter!

Peter took part in the Bupa Great Manchester 10k run over the weekend and we can confirm that his finishing time was 51 minutes, which means he beat his set record of completing the course in under an hour!

Peter ran on behalf of The Christie charity and raised a total amount of £1000.00. 

Even though Peter trained prior to the run, it left him with a sore leg but this has not put him off from taking part again in next year’s race. He said that ‘It was nice to have all the support from family and friends, this motivated me to finish the race’.
